During my stay, I really appreciated how close Valley View Park was, offering a lovely green space perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the dining options were fantastic, particularly the nearby Red Lobster, which made for easy meals after a long day of exploring the city.

The laundry facilities were broken, and the sofa bed had dirty linens.

Check-in was fraught with issues. the front desk claimed they had overbooked, yet I made my reservation elsewhere. Arriving in freezing conditions after a funeral was frustrating, especially since my family could check in without problems. The cleanliness was subpar, bedding was of poor quality, and there was unsettling activity around the hotel. On a positive note, the Thai food delivery was decent and the staff was responsive in communication, but overall it fell short.
